One-person studio · all twenty-five apps live in the Microsoft Store
Small Windows apps that do one job properly.
COE Software is a one-person studio. I build focused Windows apps, each around one clear job.
The catalogue spans audio and video, photo conversion and listing prep, color and font tools, local monitoring, documents, metadata privacy and more. Each product page links to its Store listing and app-specific privacy details.
01 — The apps
What I've built so far
Twenty-five focused Windows apps — all live in the Microsoft Store. Browse by category or choose All apps; every product page links to its Store listing.
02 — The lab
What's brewing next
Three early concepts for possible future tools. They are not Store products or release promises; only a confirmed live listing moves a project up to Apps.
// only projects with a confirmed live Store link move to Apps. until then, these are prototypes or concepts — not for sale, and not release promises.
03 — Playground
Don't take my word for it.
Turn the knobs.
This is the same obsession that goes into every COE app: software that feels physical. Everything on this site is hand-rolled HTML, CSS and JS — no framework, no trackers, no cookie banner begging for your soul.
Pick one of four demos supplied by Teeko Music, each under 30 seconds — synth/soft rock, rock, rap or electronic — and hear the five bands change it live. Playback, EQ and the little level meter all stay in your browser.
// choose a song, hit play, then try bass / flat / air. the sliders also take arrow keys.
04 — Build notes
What I'm working on
Roughly what's going on, newest first. No release dates until something is actually in certification.
05 — About
Small on purpose.
Serious by default.
COE Software is me, writing software for Windows. I build focused apps, each around one clear job. AuralEQ is the equalizer I wanted without renting a slider. tonecut. trims audio precisely without opening a full DAW; vidcut. is its always-free video counterpart. VoxLocal makes local transcripts from recordings and live Windows audio.
PixelPress batch-compresses images on your PC. HueCraft is an offline color studio for palettes, gradients and design tokens. FontGenie makes an offline font library easy to search. MultiView brings monitor layouts, brightness, window positions and workspace profiles together.
C2PA Verify inspects metadata and Content Credentials offline, with AI signals framed as evidence, not verdicts. pivot. shares a mouse and keyboard across your own Windows PCs on a trusted local network. Watermark It adds text or a logo to photos locally, then exports at the original resolution.
Ghost Terminal turns a spare monitor into decorative, simulated scenes—not a network monitor or code runner. CoreWatch reads live PC health signals in plain English without tuning hardware. HEIC/AVIF to JPG Converter batches phone photos into local JPGs and leaves originals untouched. ListReady guides product-photo prep and export; it does not create or publish marketplace listings.
POD Profit Pro models print-on-demand costs, fees and pricing scenarios in a local workspace. PDF Pilot keeps document tools on your PC. MetaScrubber strips metadata before files leave your hands. Prism Flow gives the desktop a screensaver with a music degree, and Provenance Studio helps sign and verify files with Content Credentials.
AudiobookQC checks audiobook chapters against delivery profiles, applies safe corrections to copies and builds a hand-off folder with an HTML report and CSV manifest. ScreenVenue helps small businesses design digital signage and schedule playlists for connected displays, with projects and media kept on the PC. Clickthrough turns screen recordings into focused demos with editable camera moves, readable cursors, keystroke callouts and local MP4 export. Icon Mill takes artwork in and packages complete icon sets offline for Windows, macOS and the web. VidPress compresses toward real published file-size caps, previews the result and leaves originals untouched.
I publish through the Microsoft Store rather than selling here directly. It handles payment, installation, updates, refunds and a security review before anything ships.
All twenty-five apps are now available in the Store. Each product page links directly to its listing and explains the app's current privacy and release details.
If something is wrong with an app, email me. You'll get the person who wrote it, not a ticket queue.
Local first
Start local. Optional online features are described on each product page.
No dark patterns
No nag screens or pressure tactics. Each Store listing shows its purchase terms.
Native feel
Fast launches, small footprints, sane defaults. Software should respect your PC.
